Our commitment to GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was adopted by the European Parliament in April 2016, and it has been in effect since May 25, 2018. The purpose of GDPR is to harmonize data protection laws across the EU.

We use world-class service providers to serve you Recright video recruitment platform. With these partners, we have an agreement to fulfill the GDPR directive. The agreement includes Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with EU Model Clauses.

To make our joint journey being compliant simple, we have prepared a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). It is created to further clarify how we process the personal data that you collect as data controller. Contact support@recright.com if you wish to sign a DPA with Recright.
